Jose Zamora Sanchez appeals the judgment and sentence finding him guilty of one count of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine) and imposing an exceptional sentence of 54 months claiming: (1) the trial court's reasons for the exceptional sentence are not supported by the record and are not sufficiently substantial and compelling as a matter of law, (2) the sentence was clearly excessive, (3) the abuse of discretion standard of review of exceptional sentences should be abandoned, and (4) the sentence violated his right to equal protection. We affirm.
